Open-source software framework

We provide all software necessary to develop large scale software applications for industrial or research use (Apache II - licence).

The software is written in the Scala programming language. Our interactive tutorials teach how we implemented the theoretical concepts and how our software can be used to build applications. (For the tutorials, an installation of a Scala development environment is not required.)

• Scalismo
  Basis framework for modelling object classes with Gaussian Processes and to adapt them to novel data. The package is sufficient for shape analysis in the medical domain

• Scalismo-faces
  Extension specific to the problem of analysing faces in 2D photographs. The package also contains the optimization framework based on MCMC for fitting a GP to novel data.

• Basel Face Pipeline
  Open-source pipeline for face registration based on Gaussian processes with applications to face image analysis.
